Partnering up with Yso Corp for SaaS application development, the agency’s designers helped the XXE project team to define the customer journey (freelancer, principal, back-office team). By creating a service map, we were able to develop an MVP in less than 6 months. Over those 6 months, we led an agile mission (15-day Sprint) combining design and development.
