Digital transformation for social assistance
How to improve support for social assistance through new digital services?

Over 4 months, we accompanied the City of Paris in order to co-design and materialize a POC (Proof Of Concept) on the theme of digital transformation for the city’s social assistance. Based on a double field study, the project team imagined without dogma a set of proposals to identify how the digital support(s) could humbly:

  • improve the service to beneficiaries,
  • strengthen the link between beneficiaries and agents,
  • improve relationships and increase attendance rates,
  • enable users to appropriate the social data and information concerning themselves,
  • bring new value propositions to those 2 user targets,
  • prepare the agents for a future digital work tool.
